I like Dr. Holly's drops but I am wondering what the difference between using those drops and a hypertonic ointment to return the eyes to that state is. That is what Possess the long term "healing" affect of those drops, correct? I could defenitely be wrong but that is what I have gathered from the posts on it.<BR/><BR/>Anyway I like freshkote and nutratear and optive seems to be good too. When I first tried freshkote the instant relief was insane but it has dwindled a bit now. My dry eye has changed since I first tried those drops too- for the better (now that I'm back on restasis). It's weird nutratear seems to have gotten better and freshkote worse. With more time I should have a better opinion on them but I hope optive testing does not reverse their "healing" effect.
