What a relief they have been! Though I have to "manage" them all day long, they allow me to be pain-free and enable me to function again. I am able to drive, withstand a little bit of wind, and actually spend a little time in both daylight and rooms with fluorescent lighting. I am very thankful for my lenses and would recommend them for anyone suffering the effects of severely dry eyes or photophobia.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-50965180854863914.post-3468398620746696912012-04-12T10:09:35.792-07:002012-04-12T10:09:35.792-07:00I was fitted with Scrleral lenses at Boston Founda...I was fitted with Scrleral lenses at Boston Foundation two years ago. My dry eyes are a result of graft v. host disease occurring after a stem cell transplant. For the most part the lenses are quite helpful, unfortunately I live in the worst area of the country for allergies, and this season it has been playing havoc with my eyes. My Opthamologist prescribed eye drops, but they are only fair. If anyone has another answer, my e-mail address is hlevitan@aol.com.

THANKS

HowardHoward S. I have severe dry eye and also use this medication daily. I fear that my cornea will get distorted or re shaped permanently by the warping caused by the scleral lense and the tissue softening effect of the medication. If you know anything or anyone in this situation, can you please let me know. ThanksEfenefhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10277647174394998747noreply@blogger.com
